I'm a qualified Nutritionist registered with the Nutrition Council of Australia and Personal Trainer.

I work with women in their 20, 30s and 40s to lose weight through healthy lifestyle and nutrition habits so that they can keep it off and never have to yo-yo diet again!

After seeing too many women joining challenges or going on diets to lose weight but only to put it all back on again, I decided to create the Life Long Nutrition for Weight Loss program so that women can be empowered with the knowledge and skills to never have to join another challenge or go on a diet.

Instead, women I work with learn to build a sustainable lifestyle and positive relationship with food and exercise that they love and can sustain for lasting results!

I'm here to help you every step of the way and be your #1 cheerleader and coach.

Q. Do I have to follow a meal plan or count calories?

Not at all. There is the option to track your food to gain a better understanding of how much you should be eating in a day or an option to follow a flexible meal plan should this suit you. However, neither of these options are sustainable, so this program teaches you the skills you need to eat for your own needs without a meal plan or tracking. We'll work out the best approach for you in your 1-1 consult and your Nutrition Game Plan give you the steps you need to take to suit your personal needs.

Q. I am time poor - will this program be a good fit for me?

Yes! Everything is self paced and you can take from it what you need. There are weekly group calls that are recorded for you to watch in your own time. Meal plans and recipes that are quick and easy are included if you don't have time to think about what to cook/eat. 

Q. What if I can't make the live calls?

The live group coaching calls are a great opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey and also to get instant feedback on anything you need help with so I highly encourage jumping on live when you can. However, I know it isn't always possible! All calls are recorded so you can watch them back in your own time (you'l be surprised how many people have similar questions or struggles to your own!). You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions or get support in our weekly check-ins.

Q. Why is the program 12 weeks?

Unfortunately quick fix programs and challenges simply do not work in the long term. 12 weeks provides enough time for you to kick-start your weight loss and build healthy lifestyle habits to sustain your results. The ultimate goal of this program is for results that last long term so that you never have to go on a diet or challenge again!

Q. What results can I expect in 12 weeks?

A safe level of weight loss per week is 0.5-1.5 kg, which is what this program aims for, meaning you can expect to lose between 6-10kg approx. If your weight loss goal is lower than this, you'll learn to lose the weight and work to sustain it. If your weight loss goal is more than this, you'll have the tools and strategies to continue working on your weight loss and keep it off. We can also continue to work together through post program coaching (individual or group) or you may choose to do a second round of the program at a discounted rate.

Q. What will happen over the holiday/Christmas season?

For the beta launch round, we will do 9 weeks of coaching leading up to the 3rd of December. We will then break for 4 weeks so you can enjoy your holidays! Coaching will resume for another 4 weeks (this includes a bonus week!) on the 1st of January so that you can start the year on track and make sure your healthy habits stay in place. You'll also be equipped with amazing skills and habits to help you enjoy food freedom over the holiday period without gaining back all the weight you've already lost. PLUS you'll receive a FREE Guide To Enjoying The Holidays Without The Weight Gain E-book.
